Upon satisfactory completion, we transmit the landscape design and irrigation plans to the civil engineer who solicits requisite local review and approvals. Normally, numerous comments and markups are returned by the review. We address and resolve all of them and retransmit to the civil engineer who resubmits for review. Sometimes, this process requires several iterations. Upon successful final approval by the local review, we develop a final quotation for the landscape installation. |
